In 2012, Hassan Al-Zayani and Stefan Müller — two enterprise architects disillusioned with the status quo of IT consulting — decided there had to be a better way. Most IT consultants promised transformation but delivered overpriced assessments and vague recommendations.

HASZ-IT was founded on a radical premise: that IT consulting should be accountable, transparent, and measured by business outcomes — not billable hours. This philosophy attracted exceptional talent and exceptional clients who were tired of the same cycle.

From our first client — a regional bank that needed a complete infrastructure overhaul — we delivered on time, on budget, and on value. Word spread quickly. Within three years, we were working with Fortune 500 companies across five industries.
