HASZ-IT provides professional IT consulting, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, software development, AI & automation, ERP/CRM implementation, DevOps, data analytics, and managed IT services to enterprise clients.

The specific services, deliverables, timelines, fees, and terms for each client engagement are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) entered into between HASZ-IT and the client.

These Terms apply to your use of the HASZ-IT website and supplementary materials. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed MSA/SOW, the MSA/SOW prevails.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

**Trademarks:** HASZ-IT, the HASZ-IT logo, and related marks are trademarks of HASZ-IT LLC. You may not use them without prior written permission.

Information shared with HASZ-IT during the sales process, consultations, or service delivery is treated as confidential and subject to our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) obligations.

Similarly, information about HASZ-IT's methodologies, pricing, internal processes, and intellectual property is confidential. You agree not to disclose such information to third parties without our written consent.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any engagement for a period of 5 years.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

**Informal Resolution:** Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@hasz-it.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for 30 days.

**Arbitration:** If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Iowa City, Iowa. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

**Class Action Waiver:** You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between HASZ-IT and you individually. You waive any right to a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

**Exceptions:** Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent imminent irreparable harm.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, discontinue use of the website.
