How is time tracked?
We track session time from the moment we start working together. For remote sessions, we use a shared timer. You receive a time log with every invoice.
What is the minimum billing time?
Single sessions are billed in 30-minute increments with a 1-hour minimum. Hour bundles are pre-purchased and drawn down in 15-minute increments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and business check. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice.
Do unused hours in a bundle expire?
Hour bundles are valid for 90 days from purchase. Unused hours after 90 days are forfeited — we recommend the bundle for clients with an active project.
